BIOGRAPHY
Violet Smith is a Los Angeles based Lighting Designer originally from North Chicago, Illinois.
Her practice focuses on living a creative life and she believes lighting design is watercolor painting in a 3D space. She enjoys cooking, mixed media art, and is looking forward to her next cup of coffee.
Violet holds a B.A in Lighting Design from Ball State University and her M.F.A in Lighting Design from The California Institute of the Arts.
